This luxurious house in Tamarindo has a spectacular view overlooking the beaches of Tamarindo and Playa Grande along the Pacific Ocean. It is a charming, Mediterranean style house that is furnished and decorated with Costa Rican wood, tile, and custom designed furniture. The kitchen is fully equipped, with a nice spacious living area and covered patio. The 3 bedrooms consist of a Master with private bath and two additional air conditioned bedrooms that share the 2nd bathroom.

The terrace (La Terraza) on the roof of the house offers a spectacular view of the Pacific Ocean and coastal mountains. Don’t be surprised in the morning by a family of visiting monkeys or parrots! The swimming pool is a designed to overlook the bay and the town of Tamarindo. Imagine relaxing in your lounge chair with a cool drink in hand gazing lazily out to sea!

The home is completely self contained-you can stay secluded if you wish, or take a five-minute walk to town. A private garage, along with night security ensures you stay will be safe.

This house is serene and tranquil, yet is an easy 5-minute walk to the town center, beach, grocery market, bank, casino and restaurants. Other local, nearby points of interest includes Costa Rica’s largest private marina, two 18-hole golf courses, tennis courts, and many beautiful deserted beaches.

Tamarindo offers a variety of outdoor activities including horseback riding, surfing, diving, fishing, kayaking, hiking, sailing, biking, and much more. Tamarindo is only a 4-5 hour drive to Volcan Arenal, the Nicoya Peninsula, and other Pacific Coast (Guanacaste) beach towns, and a 45 minute drive from the Liberia International Airport.
